Multiplayer is free and unranked. This beta has a limited set of modes and tools; ranked leagues, billing and the full competition roadmap are still ahead.

Account lets you create a player name, sign in and recover access using your username and saved recovery code. Save that code in a password manager: it is shown once. A reset replaces the code and signs out other sessions. Player accounts do not collect an email address, and email password reset is unavailable. Losing both your password and recovery code leaves no self-service recovery route.

What is stored and shared

The player service stores your account credentials as password/recovery-code hashes, sessions, preferences, verified results and progression, and data for features you use, such as clubs, tournaments, published packs or your private cloud notebook. Optional profile sharing and separate directory listing expose only the name and fixed equipped cosmetics you chose to publish; both choices can be withdrawn in Account. Your player name and messages are visible in the rooms or public lobby where you participate. Public results and published content can also show your player name. Cloud notebook uploads are explicit; private practice and notebook contents are not public chat.

This browser remembers appearance and Player center preferences. Account and room sessions use session storage; local play history and learning progress use device storage. Deleting a player account does not clear this device's local history or settings.

Reports, restrictions and appeals

Use Report player in a multiplayer room to send an issue for manual review. Reports do not automatically ban anyone. Staff review room reports and can remove public lobby messages or apply account restrictions; lobby messages are public, so avoid posting private information. Staff review can retain private report-linked evidence.

Account has Warnings & restrictions and an appeal desk. If sign-in is restricted, verify your existing username and password there to read your own notices, submit an appeal and retrieve staff replies without opening a play session. Check the desk for replies: email and push notifications are unavailable. An appeal does not automatically lift a restriction. For a private bug report or other site problem, open Account support. Replies stay in that private inbox; email notifications are unavailable.

Deleting an account

Open the privacy controls in Account support, verify fresh credentials and explicitly confirm permanent deletion. Account sessions, progress and saved account preferences are removed. Retained shared match records use Deleted player; some private moderation evidence and minimal staff audit can remain. This is permanent. Fresh password verification keeps privacy controls available while play access is restricted. Support or deletion does not lift a play restriction.
